Chocolate Covered Bananas With Lavender Essential Oil

Step 1: Set your cookie sheet out with the silicone pastry sheet on top.
Step 2: Cut desired amount of bananas in to circle slices and place on silicone pastry sheet.
Step 3: Fill the lower section of the double boiler with 1-2 inches of water.
Step 4: Put double boiler on stove top set at medium/low heat and immediately add chocolate chips into the top section of the double boiler. Stir frequently until the chocolate chips are completely melted. The chocolate should appear smooth and shiny.
Step 5: Add 1/8 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract into the chocolate chips. Remove from heat.
Step 6: Add 1 drop of Lavender Vitality Essential Oil by Young Living. Stir very well.
**********If you are making a large batch you may need 2 drops. Be sure to test it with only 1 drop. Remember essential oils are highly concentrated.
Step 7: Drizzle Lavender Chocolate over bananas. You can dip the bananas in the chocolate instead. Put them back on the pastry sheet in a single layer.
Step 8: Put in the freezer until solid and enjoy!
**********You do not have to put them in the freezer, you can just eat them as they are.
